| Kaparel Corporation appoints Manufacturer's Rep Organization in North America |

Kaparel Corporation is proud to announce that it has appointed several Manufacturers Rep Organizations throughout North America, to market and sell Kaparel's line of standard and custom high-speed backplanes and services to telecom customers. This follows the announcement in August, of the move to expand its sales force as part of Kaparel's overall plan to become the leader in high-speed backplanes for the global telecom market.
Kaparel has signed agreements with the following rep organizations: Trilogic Systems, Wilmington, MA (www.trilogicsystem.com) covering New York, New Jersey, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut; New E Technologies, Tampa, FL (www.newetech.net<) covering Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, North and South Carolina; Acudata, Houston, TX (www.acudata-inc.com)covering Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma; Vic Myers Associates, Inc., Albuquerque, NM (www.vicmyers.com) covering New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Southern Nevada; Amasco, Torrance, CA (www.amasco.com) covering Southern California; and Micro Sales, Dublin, Ohio (www.micro-sales.com) covering the Midwest.
Commenting on the rep firm appointments, Eric Huffman, Channels/Partners Manager for Kaparel stated, "We are pleased with the response we have had from these companies in signing up to sell Kaparel's line of high-speed backplanes and services. These fine organizations will offer technological leadership and support of our products to the customers and will work with our existing Staff Sales Engineers to provide innovative solutions." Mr. Huffman is responsible for the establishment and management of Kaparel's sales and strategic partners in the US marketplace.
Kaparel Corporation is currently aligning themselves with other major Manufacturer's Representative organizations in other areas in the US which target the telecom market, to provide support of their products and services across North America. These products include the recently announced PS4900 CompactPCI Packet Switch Backplane that is based on the PICMIG 2.16 specification that was recently ratified by the PICMG Executive Committed in Boston earlier this month www.picmg.org. |
